Paper3, Paper4, Paper5, and Tree1  (These are the items I used to create the tag you see above.  Feel free to use what items you like.)  Minimize for now.

Note:  If the color of my Scrap items doesn't work with your Image...You can Colorize them...Just go to Adjust/Hue and Saturation/Colorize and play with it until you get a color you like with your image.  Once you have it set...apply this to each item of the Scrap Kit.

8.  Make the layer with the tube on it, the active layer.  Maximize "Frame1" active....Edit/Copy...Paste it as a new layer onto the tag template.  Image/Resize it at 55%...all layers unchecked (Smart Size).

With your mover tool...place it so it is around the Large circle.  See my tag...

Crop off any and all extra white around your finished tag....

That's it...Your all done.  If you are using it for a Tag you may want to resize....I like to use 65%.  Now if you are using it for a header, no need to resize.

To save your image go to File/Export and export the JPEG Optimizer and Optimize at anywhere between 15 and 20 or whichever setting you prefer :)
You are done!! Hope your results were great ones :)
