Let's get started.....

1.  Open PSP...  Open both of the masks into PSP.

2.  Open a new Raster Image  700 X 700 pixels, Flood Fill it with white.  Open a paper of your choice from the kit...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer onto the new work space.

3.  Layers/New Mask/From Image...."Becky_Mask004"...with these settings: Create Mask From Source Luminance, Invert Mask Data - Unchecked...Click ok and merge group.

Image/Resize at 65%....Image/Rotate/Free Rotate to the Left at 5 degrees.

4.  Open a paper of your choice...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer.  Layers/New Mask/From Image...."Becky_Mask004"...with these settings: Create Mask From Source Luminance, Invert Mask Data - Unchecked...Click ok and merge group.

5.  Open "pd-frame-05" from the kit...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer onto the mask layers.  Using your magic wand tool (default settings)...click inside the first opening on the top left.

6.  Open a paper of your choice...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer.  Resize by 80%...  Selections/Modify/Expand by 5...Selections/Invert...Edit/Cut...Select None.

Layers/Arrange/Move Down

7.  Make the Frame layer active.  Using your magic wand tool...click inside the middle opening on the top.  Repeat Step 6...

Continue until all the openings are filled...I used different colors in mine, but you may use whatever you chose.

8.  Now open your tube or tubes...Edit/Copy and Paste each as a new layer.  Have fun with this...See my tag for ideas.  I selected the first opening and placed the tube under the frame, so it looks like she is inside it.  The middle opening I placed the tube on top of the frame and cut off all of the tube but her ear.  I wanted her to look like she partly coming out out of the frame.  Now for the last opening on the right.  I placed her on top of the frame resized her and placed her to look as if she is totally coming out of the frame.

9.  Once you have all your tubes where you like.  Ad a drop shadow of your choice to each tube layer and to the frame layer.  Last but not least open "pd-city" from the kit.  Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer on top of the frame layer.  Image resize it at 60%...ad a drop shadow of your choice.  With your selections tool set at rectangle...select the portion that is hanging over the bottom of the frame...Edit/Cut & Select none.

Note: I use the selections tool because it gives me a straight line.  You may use the freehand selections tool if it is easier for you.

10.  In your layers pallet...Hide your bottom layer.  Make any other layer active and go to Layers/Merge/Merge Visible.  You may now un hide the bottom layer.

11.  Make sure you have your frame layer active.  Image/Resize it at 75% and go to Image/Rotate/Free Rotate to the Right at 2 degrees.  See my tag for placement...

12.  Open "pd-glitter-01"...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer.  Layers/Arrange/Move Down.  See my tag for placement...

13.  Open "pd-glitter-02"...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer.  Place it how you like...I just wanted a bit of the green color showing around the frame.  I also duplicated mine once and placed each layer at different angles, have fun with it!

14.  Open "pd-road"...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer.  Image/Resize at 85%...ad a dropshadow of your choice, see my tag for placement.

15.  Open "pd-cloud-02"...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer.  Image/Resize at 85%...ad a dropshadow of your choice, see my tag for placement.

16.  Open "pd-light"...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer.  Image/Resize at 85%...ad a dropshadow of your choice, see my tag for placement.

17.  Open "pd-staple"...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer on top of the frame.  Image/Resize at 62%...ad a dropshadow of your choice, see my tag for placement.

18.  Open "pd-wa-04"...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer on top of the frame.  Image/Resize at 65%...ad a dropshadow of your choice, see my tag for placement.

19.  Open "pd-chat-bubble-01"...Image/Mirror...Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer just under the frame.  Image/Resize at 60%...Image/Rotate/Free Rotate at 2 Degrees...ad a dropshadow of your choice, see my tag for placement.

Layers/Merge/Merge All Flatten

20.  Open your Tube and Edit/Copy and Paste it as a new layer.  Resize as needed and place it how you like it.  Ad a drop shadow of your choice.

Don't forget to add the proper copyright info....add you name.

Crop off any and all extra white around your finished tag....

That's it...Your all done.  If you are using it for a Tag you may want to resize....I like to use 65%.  Now if you are using it for a header, no need to resize.

To save your image go to File/Export and export the JPEG Optimizer and Optimize at anywhere between 15 and 20 or whichever setting you prefer :)
You are done!! Hope your results were great ones :)
